Membership
Prospective members are welcome to join us for two free rows before deciding whether they wish to join the club. You do not need to have rowed before as we have qualified rowing coaches who can help new members to learn to row and develop their technique.
Over the winter, we encourage prospective new members to come along to a weekend row to give it a try, but please contact us first to check whether the row is going ahead and so that we can ensure we have a crew and coach available. We also row on Wednesday and Thursday at 6.00pm, as well as during the day time and at weekends according to the weather and tides. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time to come along and try rowing.
Annual membership fees are as follows:
Adults £60 per person (which includes £15 insurance)
Juniors £10 per person (which includes £6 insurance)
Students £30 per person (which includes £15 insurance)
Membership fees are due on the 1st February each year.
Members who join after 1 October pay the full annual membership when they join but then only pay the insurance element of the membership fee in their second year.
